- •The tour may be shortened or canceled due to weather or congestion. Stopovers may vary depending on the assigned vehicle. Flowering conditions depend on yearly weather, and the variety and number of flowers may change.
- •Children under 2 years old can join for free but will not have a seat. If a seat is required, the child fare will apply.
- •If visiting during a trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo, avoid booking on your last day, as bus delays are not compensated.
- •The bus will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals. No refunds will be given for missed departures.
- •Please take your trash with you and do not leave it on the bus.
- •You may leave the tour at any stop, but there will be no refunds or guarantees once you depart from the group.
- •Lunch will be on your own at the zoo (we are scheduled to arrive around 2:00 PM). Please note that this will be a late lunch.
- •If any section of the expressway is closed before the outbound or return trip, the route will be via a national highway or road, and the rest stop may be at a roadside station(Michi-no-eki) or other location.
