If fewer than 4 guests are booked for the same event, the experience may be canceled. - •This tour operates on Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri each week. Kindly select your preferred date accordingly.
- •Age Requirement
- •Minimum age for admission is 8 years old. Adult pricing applies to all guests aged 8 and above. Guests aged 8 to 17 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older, who is responsible for their compliance with Anime Studio policies. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or tour discontinuation, with no refund provided.

- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 5 days or less before event
- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before event
- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 10 days or less before event
