Oshino-Hachikai, a natural monument, is a spring pond. Its water source is the subsoil water of Mt Fuji. Oshino-Hachikai possesses the history and legends of an ancient sacred site of the Fuji faith.

"Niikurayama Sengen Shrine" is famous as one of the best spots in Japan for viewing Mt Fuji. The observation deck at the top of the 398-step staircase, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the symmetrical Mt. Fuji. Mt. Fuji's appearance with each season throughout spring, summer, fall, and winter, creates a beautiful scene.

Fuji World Heritage Site, "Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine" is a venerable shrine representing Fujiyoshida. Surrounded by thick-trunked cedar forests, you will be greeted by the “Fujiyama Otorii” (Great Gateway to Mt. Fuji) . This wooden torii gate, one of the largest in Japan, will take your breath away with its majestic appearance.

The shrine was built to worship the god of Mt. Fuji. The shrine grounds are home to seven cedars that are over 1,200 years old, and two of the seven cedars in a row are popular as “match-making cedars.

The Kubota Itchiku Museum of Art, located by Lake Kawaguchi in Yamanashi Prefecture. It is a must-see museum that has been awarded three stars and featured in the Michelin Guide. The museum houses kimonos created by the late genius dyeing artist Itchiku Kubota, as well as his collection of artworks from around the world.

"Fuji Oishi Hana Terrace" is in Oishi Park where you can view the trees along the shore of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji. You can enjoy shopping and dining while strolling and admiring the scenery that can only be seen here.
