The main shrine is the starting point of the Yoshida-guchi trail. Fuji is decorated with paintings by artists who have depicted Mt. Fuji. Visitors can view masterpieces by Higashiyama Kaii, Yokoyama Taikan, and plenty of other representative Japanese painters. The facility is located in Fujikyu Resort, and lunch is included.

Fuji can be seen on the opposite shore of Lake Kawaguchi. You can see Fuji on the surface of the lake when the waves are calm, and even the Mt. too. In addition, there are beautiful flower beds along the lakeshore, with lavender in July being the most famous; however, a variety of plants bloom in every season. There is also a café selling local specialties and serving soft-serve ice cream.
