Arakurayama Sengen Park was established in 1959 and is located in the Arakura area of Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, at an altitude of about 500 meters. The park has become one of Japan's iconic landscapes with its perfect combination of a panoramic view of Mount Fuji, a cherry blossom forest, and a five-story pagoda, and is listed as one of the "21 places photographers around the world must visit." The park has about 650 Somei Yoshino cherry trees planted in it, which bloom in succession from the end of February to mid-April every year. Mount Fuji is used as the background to form a classic composition of "cherry blossoms + Mount Fuji + five-story pagoda", which is known as the perfect presentation of the "three major representative objects of Japan".
