- •Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. - •If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- •Due to traffic congestion on weekends and holidays, the tour ends at Odawara Station. So please book our tour “Returning by Bullet Train”(Including the BT ticket), but if you have a JR Pass or don't need a Shinkansen ticket to Tokyo, you can book with this product. All weekends, holidays, and several days【2026】(Jan 12th; Feb 11th, 23rd; Mar 3rd; Apr 29th, 30th; May 1st, 4th-6th; Jul 20th; Aug 10th-12th, 14th; Sep 21st-23rd; Oct 12th; Nov 3rd, 23rd)
- •We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
- •Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
