• •Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
• •If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
• •We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
• •Please​ handle​ the​ loading​ and​ unloading​ of​ your​ luggage​ from​ the​ trunk​ yourself.​ (Including​ wheelchairs,​ stroller​ etc..)
• •The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.
• •Not recommended for those suffering from asthma
