You will not only learn how to make mochi, but you will learn the cultural back ground of mochi in Japan. This is a highly interactive course that can be enjoyed by any age. In this 2 hour course, we will be making and taste 5 kinds of mochi dishes made from scratch. You'll get a hands-on experience of touching mochi and shaping it into various desserts. At the end of the course, you will be able to taste the Mochi with green tea or coffee. (Other fruit will be used in case strawberries are unavailable). A downloadable recipe will be provided so that you can repeat at home. This experience is gluten free and vegan option is available. Please let us know if you would like to book for more than 8.
