Local pub & bar(including standing bar) crawling in my hometown Akabane, around 20 minutes from Shinjuku by train. In there, you can enjoy drinking very valuable price with deep local atmosphere. This tour, I'll take you 3 different types of local pub and bar. However, they have some rules on each
📍Meeting point: JR Akabane station, East exit ticket gate (Higashi-guchi) from Shinjuku, Shibuya: take JR Saikyo line (20-25 min.) from Tokyo: take JR Keihin-tohoku line (26 min.)
What To Expect
Stop 1
⏱ 50 minOld "Oden(Japanese style stew)" shop with outside standing bar. The shop at small alley, but known by locals since long time ago. You can taste rich variety of Oden (vegi, fishball, tofu etc.).
Stop 2
⏱ 1h 20mIzakaya-pub with a long history is famous for river fish. You can feel good old time atmosphere locals gathering and have a drink there.
Stop 3
⏱ 50 minDeep spot about delicious skewer. even you eat & drink a lot, price is so reasonable! but please don't drink & stay too long, give your seat for locals ;)
