Stop 1
⏱ 3hOur friendly local guide will lead a scenic loop walk from Kappa Bridge to Taisho Pond and back via Tashiro Bridge, sharing insights into Kamikochi’s nature, history, and hidden gems along the way. Great photo opportunities throughout the peaceful riverside and forest trail.
Stop 2
⏱ 1hAdmission includedOur guide will introduce the history and significance of Matsumoto Castle (a national treasure of Japan) from the outside. Guests can then enjoy free time to explore the inside of the castle tower (admission not included) or stroll the surrounding historic streets.

Bringing your own lunch allows you to enjoy it freely while surrounded by the peaceful beauty of nature.
- •This tour takes you straight into central Kamikochi in a fast, comfortable van—no lines, no transfers. Public buses are available but often involve long waits, and rental cars aren’t allowed. Large tour buses may be slower or stop farther from the main trails.
