- •Please redeem your voucher to collect the physical ticket within the operating hours of Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West. Unredeemed vouchers cannot be used as a ticket
- •Be mindful of the operating hours of each counter. No voucher redemption services are available during non-operating hours
- •The operating hours are subject to change without notice, please refer to the official website for more details
- •Please note that voucher redemption is not available at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Hakone-Yumoto
- •No changes or cancellation can be made once the Hakone Freepass is redeemed
