- •The shop is located in Onna Village on the main island of Okinawa. If you mistakenly make a reservation thinking we are located on a remote island, the standard cancellation fees will still apply.
- •The staff are Japanese. Please understand that guidance will be provided using simple English and translation apps.
- •No refunds will be given in any of the following cases: • Ineligibility to participate on the day due to medical history or being under the influence of alcohol • Cancellations due to changes in the tour location • Late arrival • Any other cancellations due to customer circumstances
- •For bookings of three or more people, the tour will be private. For bookings of two people or fewer, you may be grouped with other guests depending on availability.
