Pickup starts 30 min before departure
Hotel pickup and drop-off are included. After booking, a dedicated WhatsApp group is created for the guest's party, and a valid WhatsApp number is required. The driver shares the vehicle license plate number in advance through the group, where all tour details are also confirmed. On the day of the tour, guests should be ready at the entrance of their hotel or Airbnb at least 15 minutes before the 8:30 AM departure. The driver and English-speaking guide will meet guests at the entrance. If the accommodation entrance is not easily accessible by vehicle, an alternative meeting point will be arranged and confirmed in advance through the WhatsApp group. Please note that late arrivals cannot be accommodated, as the kimono studio appointment is reserved in advance.
