Discounts and gift benefits are available at approximately 30 facilities and stores
• •The pass includes Osaka Metro, Osaka Municipal Bus (Except for some routes), and private railway lines such as Hankyu, Hanshin, Keihan, Kintetsu, and Nankai. However, it is limited to Osaka City only

• •The pass allows you to enter facilities from opening time until the last entry time and can be used for transportation from the first train to the last train. There are no child rates, and usage from Kansai Airport Station on the Nankai Line is not eligible. JR lines cannot be used
• •It is not possible to use the Nankai Line from Kansai Airport Station
• •If the digital ticket cannot be displayed due to the mobile device's loss, malfunction, or dead battery, it cannot be used. Additionally, we are unable to process reissues or refunds

• •During the Ferris wheel’s suspension period, the HEP Ferris wheel will be unavailable. Guests may not request a full or partial refund on the grounds of being unable to ride the HEP Ferris wheel
