  • Please note that we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests, including food allergies. If you have specific dietary needs, we recommend making your own meal arrangements. No refunds will be provided for meals.
  • Guests should be prepared for a 60 to 90‑minute walk between the parking area and the fireworks venue. Parking locations are determined by lottery each year and cannot be confirmed until shortly before departure. The walking distance is due to the venue being located along the riverbank, where parking facilities cannot be placed nearby, and heavy crowd congestion, especially after the event.
  • A tour conductor will lead the group from the parking area to the viewing seats. After the fireworks, carrying a flashlight is recommended to help illuminate the ground while walking back.
  • Due to crowd congestion at the venue and traffic delays following the fireworks, arrival at the hotel is expected to be around 3-4:00 AM. Traffic conditions vary each year, so arrival times may change.
  • This tour is planned based on information available as of February 1. The fireworks event may be canceled or modified due to requests from national or local authorities. If the event is postponed or canceled after the tour has departed, no refunds will be issued.
  • Depending on the secured Shinkansen schedule and bus operating regulations, guests may be required to wait at Sendai Station for an extended period prior to bus departure. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated to ensure safe and orderly operations.
  • Hotel room type assignments, such as Western‑style or Japanese‑style rooms, cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  • As the hotel is a business-style hotel, most rooms are single rooms. Even if two guests book together, they may be assigned separate rooms. Room arrangements cannot be guaranteed in advance.
  • On Day 2, transportation from the hotel to Sendai Station is not included. If accommodation will be at Hotel Route Inn Sendai East, Sendai Station is approximately 11 minutes by subway with an estimated fare of 250 yen. Fares are subject to change and are paid individually.
