Japan's original scenery! Gourmet and shopping course of Satoyama
It is a cycling tour that links the points of Akiho sightseeing recommended for first-time bikers. Mainly gourmet and shopping, along the way enjoy the nature of Satoyama with plenty of liberation. You can chat with the people of the area, or shoot SNS with photogenic spots.
📍Meeting point: 3 minutes walk from Akiho Onsen no Go and get off at Takeya Kotsu Sendai West Liner from JR Sendai Station. From JR Sendai Station, take Miyagi Kotsu Bus Akiu Onsen, and get off at Usuikyo Entrance, a 10-minute walk.
What To Expect
Stop 1
⏱ 20 minIt is a delicacy for the excellent tofu and soy milk of the long-established tofu shop, and the deep fried deep-fried fish. It is also possible to buy it as a souvenir.
Stop 2
⏱ 15 minWe visit a shrine where a famous athlete and celebrity visits the "God of God".
Stop 3
⏱ 15 minWe eat Akiho specialty "Saichi no haha" which is said to sell 5,000 pieces a day.
Stop 4
⏱ 20 minTake a break with a view of the vineyards in front of you. You can also tour the wine brewing and bottling process. You can also buy wine as a souvenir.
Stop 5
⏱ 1hAfter the tour goal, a special lunch will be prepared by the chef Akiu. We can enjoy tour limited lunch using local ingredients according to the season that is not in the regular menu.
