Magomejuku is a well-preserved post town where you can see many historical buildings along steep slopes and stone pavements. The buildings allow you to enjoy eating, shopping and learning about Magome.

Take a break at a teahouse between Magome and Tsumago

You can refresh on the Nakasendo Trail. From Ikkoku to waterfall, it takes about 30minutes on foot.

You can find small settlments from Edo Period.

The goal point of your journey along Nakasendo Trail! Tsumagojuku looks like Magomejuku, in terms of a "well-preserved old post town". There is a museum (admission fee NOT included) where you can see beautiful soft light of filters through high windows from autumn to spring.

In Ochiaijuku on this tour, you will have a good experience of Japanese culture, Sado, which is the Japanese tea ceremony, at Iouji Temple.
