What To Expect
Stop 1
⏱ 20 minWe'll stop here to take a break during the 5-hour bus ride.
Stop 2
Pass byThe bus will take you from Shinjuku to Hatomachi Pass. You will follow this route: Hatomachi Pass → Yama-no-hana → Ushikubi Fork → Research Sample Garden → back to Yama-no-hana → and return to Hatomachi Pass.
Stop 3
⏱ 9hYou will arrive at Hatomachi Pass early in the morning. After arrival, enjoy free time to explore Oze and take a relaxing hike through its beautiful marshlands.
Stop 4
⏱ 50 minAdmission includedAfter your hike, soothe your tired muscles with a relaxing soak at a rustic hot spring — either Hanasaku-no-Yu or Bokyo-no-Yu. Admission and a face towel are included!

What to Bring
- •Public transportation options are available nearby
- •Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- •Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- •The schedule may change depending on traffic or road conditions. Arrival time may be delayed. We cannot cover the cost of taxis or accommodations if return arrival is delayed.
- •Please wear comfortable walking shoes (trekking shoes are ideal). To protect from insects, long sleeves and long pants are recommended. Gloves are also useful.
- •During summer, UV protection is important – long-sleeved, easily removable clothing is best.
- •There are limited shelters, so please bring rain gear. It can also be used as a jacket in case of cold weather.
- •Depending on the weather or crowd conditions, your stay time at the site may be shortened, or the hike may be canceled.
- •In the event of stormy weather, the tour may be changed to a different sightseeing destination.
- •The order of stops may vary depending on your bus assignment.
- •Please arrive at your selected meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- •Our Japanese staff has a list for each bus and may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different point.
- •We recommend checking your travel dates in advance to avoid delays.
- •The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 15 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
- •The tour departs on time and cannot wait for any reason. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, even if you contact us before departure.
- •Our contact number may be unavailable outside business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:30AM–6:00 PM JST).
- •Please check in with Japanese staff and confirm your name on the participant list.
- •In general, we do not send out confirmation emails prior to departure. If you would like more information or need to clarify something, please contact us and we will send you the relevant details.
