It was build by Ashikaga Yoshimitsu in 1397 during the Muromachi period. The Kinkaku, or Golden Pavilion, is an iconic Zen Buddhist temple. Its top two floors are covered in gold-leaf, shimmering in the midst of a beautiful garden and reflecting pond. Its historical significance and cultural beauty has made it a globally recognized symbol of Japan.

Here you will drink matcha green tea. Entoku-in is a historic Buddhist temple built in the Muromachi Period, renowned for its meditative Zen rock gardens. The temple houses notable cultural artifacts, including screens painted by legendary artist, Kano Sanraku. The wabi-sabi aesthetic of the temple grounds mirror classic Japanese perspectives.

You can see the view of Kyoto you envision here! Kōdai-ji Temple, a notable Zen Buddhist temple in Kyoto, is renowned for its beautiful Zen gardens and artistic interior. 「円山公園、八坂神社」 Let’s feel the four seasons of Japan in nature and view the night scenery! Yasaka Shrine is a prominent Shinto shrine adorned with vermillion gates and lanterns. It's steeped in tradition, hosting Gion Festival annually. With its main hall combining honden and haiden architecture, it offers a glimpse into Japan’s historical religious life.

The hourly guide fee varies depending on the number of guests: - One guide can handle up to 7 guests. For every additional 7 guests, an extra guide is added. (E.g., 9 guests require 2 guides, 15 guests require 3 guides) - The basic hourly rate per guide is ¥7,000/h. (E.g., 2 guides would cost ¥14,000/h, and 3 guides would cost ¥21,000/h) - If one guide handles more than 3 guests, an additional fee of ¥1,500/h per guest will be charged. (E.g., for 4 guests, the rate is ¥8,500/h, for 7 guests it's ¥13,000/h. For 10 guests (i.e., 2 guides), the calculation is ¥7,000/h x 2 + ¥1,500/h x 4 = ¥20,000.) - The fees indicated on the tour page are based on the basic hourly rate.
