📍Meeting point: Meet inside of the restaurant “ 美糸(Beat)”. There is large window that allow you to look inside. The entrance curtain has the word “美糸”. We are located in front of Shinmachi-kita park. Upstairs to exit 2, Metro Yatsubashi station(Y14, Yotsubashi-line, blue color).

If you wish, you can enjoy making udon while sipping Japanese sake or beer. Our chef will cook your noodles and serve them with special broth which is made from all-natural, additive-free ingredients, using kombu, shiitake mushrooms, and katsuobushi (Bonito stock) in beautiful bowls. You can also order side dishes, like tempura or extra udon (they are not included in the fee). Vegetarians are welcome. Let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. The instructor will take and share photos of your experience.
