- •For the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival, in case of heavy crowds, you may need to walk about 30 to 40 minutes from the parking lot to the viewing area
- •After watching the fireworks, the arrival at the hotel will be late at night.
- •Depending on the hotel arrival time, the departure time for the next day may be later than scheduled. In that case, the time spent at sightseeing locations may be shortened
- •The accommodation will be at the business hotel. Mainly it has single rooms. Depending on the availability of the rooms in the hotel, a twin room or all single rooms might be provided. Any room requests cannot be accepted
- •Please note that the peak bloom period may vary depending on weather conditions. While the departure dates are set based on typical bloom times, there is a possibility that the flowers may not be in full bloom on the day of departure. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance. If you decide to cancel your tour due to the blooming status, please be aware that the standard cancellation fee will still apply. - •In order to ensure the required rest time for the bus driver, you may need to wait in the hotel lobby or another area until the departure time after check-out
- •Delays due to transportation issues or non-participation will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time indicated
- •For any reason, the bringing of portable chairs, tripods, or similar items is not allowed
- •Due to requests from national or local governments, festivals may be canceled or the content may be changed
- •Regarding Cancellations Due to Natural Disasters: As a general rule, the event will be held even in rain; however, in the event that the fireworks festival is canceled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will cancel the tour if the cancellation is decided before the tour departs, and a full refund will be issued. In such cases, our company will contact the representative by mail and then by phone to notify them of the cancellation (if you do not receive a cancellation notice, please assume that the tour will proceed as planned). Additionally, the decision to cancel may be made on the day of the event, and in such cases, the cancellation notice may be provided on the morning of the tour day. If the fireworks festival is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, a refund for the equivalent of the viewing seat will be issued, and we will either guide you to an alternative sightseeing location or send you directly to the hotel
