- •The specific departure point is Hida-Hagiwara station, and your guide will pick you up at the station before the tour starting time

- •We may cancel a tour due to poor weather and road condition (full refund)
- •No refund or no alternative date is given when you do not show up at the meeting time for any reason (meeting time is 10 minutes before start time of tour)
- •After the tour instruction on the tour date, if you or some of your group need to cancel to join the bike tour due to the fact that you cannot ride on a bike safely for some reasons, no refund is given (It is also applied when a bike does not fit your body unexpectedly even though you meet the bike height requirement)
- •Not recommended for those who have not ridden a bike for a long time
- •Not recommended for those who have any heart or vision problem since there is 1km×2 dark tunnel (participants can choose cycling or walking through the tunnel for safety reason)
- •Please note that you have to cycle by yourself from start to end since no support car follows us
