The storehouse, which has been in operation for over 150 years, is a spectacular sight, with rows of 2m-high wooden barrels and 3 tons of weights piled up. After the miso storehouse tour, you will have the opportunity to try a simple Hatcho Miso cooking experience. You will experience everything from food preparation to cooking, dining, and cleaning up together with the president.
