This exclusive tour offers rare access to spaces usually closed to the public, where tradition meets innovation. Step inside the Edo-period kura storehouse, built with timbers originally intended for Nagoya Castle, and view historic brewing tools and documents that reveal Japan’s fermentation legacy. Continue to the modern brewery, guided by the tōji, the master brewer, who explains the sake-making process. From November to April, you may witness brewing in action, while in other months you’ll explore the facilities and learn each step from the expert himself. The tour concludes with a tasting of three distinctive sake varieties, followed by a gift of the brewery’s signature label, renowned for its refined flavor and versatility.
