What To Expect
Stop 1
⏱ 15 minYou can tour the Gassho Museum attached to the roadside station Shirakawago. Take a look at the Gassho-zukuri structure before heading to Shirakawa-go. They also sell many souvenirs. Please note that we will be closed from December 29th to January 1st, so you will have to stop at a different location. *From April 2024, the drop-in time will be 15 minutes.
Stop 2
⏱ 2h 50mThe World Heritage site of Shirakawa-go is open for free exploration. Stroll at your own pace and enjoy the countryside at your own pace. A delicious lunch full of mountain delicacies is included. *The total duration of the tour is 2 hours and 50 minutes, including lunch.
Stop 3
⏱ 1hIt is a free walk in the World Heritage Site, Gokayama Ainokura Village. Please enjoy slow mountain time in the Gokayama Ainokura village where the original scenery of Japan remains dark with a calm atmosphere in the Gassho-style village.
