Stop 1
⏱ 10 minAdmission includedMeet just outside the Central Ticket Gate at Kintetsu Ikoma Station. Walk 3 minutes to Toriimae Station and board the retro cable car for a scenic 6-minute ride up the mountain. Enjoy the changing views as the city fades below and the forest surrounds you.
Stop 2
⏱ 30 minMonzen Town and Ikoma Shinchi Exploration. Wander the charming historic streets right beside the temple. These narrow stone-paved alleys, old shop fronts, and hidden stairways preserve the atmosphere of the old pilgrim town. A quiet and nostalgic area that feels like stepping back in time.

⏱ 50 minHozanji Temple Visit Short walk from the station to the temple. Explore this historic spiritual site known for its deep connection to prosperity and everyday devotion.
