What To Expect
Stop 1
Pass by[Pick-up only] Meet your English-speaking guide at 8:05 AM in front of the Hakone Tourist Information Center.
Stop 2
Pass by[Pick-up only] At 8:35 AM, please wait for the tour bus in front of the main entrance of Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu. Arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Stop 3
Pass by[Pick-up only] At 8:50 AM, please wait at the P2 parking lot of the Hakone Museum of Art, located across from Koen-Kami Station on the Hakone Tozan Line. Please note that the meeting point is not inside the museum. The P2 parking lot is a 5-minute walk from the museum. Bus arrival time may vary due to traffic conditions.
Stop 4
Pass by[Pick-up only] At 9:10 AM, please wait for the tour bus at the main entrance of the Kojiri Port Terminal. Arrival time may vary due to traffic conditions.
Stop 5
Pass by[Pick-up only] At 9:30 AM, please wait for the tour bus in the parking lot of Dining Kuraichi. Arrival time may vary due to traffic conditions.

If inclement weather is in the forecast and the company has determined that views cannot be seen from Fujiyama Tower, the tour will be guided to the Fuji Airways attraction. If the tour cannot be guided to Fujiyama Tower and Fuji Airways due to weather conditions or facility circumstances on the day, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative locations; Fujiyama Museum or Naruto.
Stop 7
⏱ 1h 20mThis is one of the leading sightseeing spots offering a view of Mt. Fuji towering over Lake Kawaguchi. It's a popular place for a stroll, with seasonal flowers and stylish cafes in the area. Lunch is not included. Please eat lunch on your own.
Stop 8
Pass by[Drop-off only] For guests disembarking in Sengokuhara, the tour ends here at the Dining Kuraichi parking lot around 3:20 PM.
Stop 9
Pass by[Drop-off only] For guests disembarking in the Lake Ashi area, the tour ends here at Kojiri Port around 3:40 PM.
Stop 10
⏱ 20 minIn Hakone, the tour will also visit Owakudani, a popular sightseeing spot. Enjoy the unique scenery and experiences created by the volcano, such as the smell of sulfur and the local specialty, black eggs.
Stop 11
Pass by[Drop-off only] For guests disembarking in Gora, the tour ends here at the museum's P2 parking lot, located across from Koen-Kami Station, around 4:30 PM.

Pass by[Drop-off only] For guests disembarking in Kowakudani, the tour ends in front of Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu around 4:40 PM.
Stop 13
Pass by[Drop-off only] For guests disembarking in Hakone-Yumoto, the tour ends at Hakone-Yumoto Station around 5:15 PM.

The tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of visibility, and no refunds will be issued in the event that Mt. Fuji cannot be seen
- •Depending on the number of participants, transportation may be provided by a vehicle other than a large bus, such as a mid-size bus, mini bus, or hired vehicle
- •If you arrive late and miss the departure time, your reservation will be canceled. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare
- •The bus will make pick-up stops at designated locations. Please note that arrival times may be delayed due to traffic or road conditions
- •An English-speaking guide on board the bus will handle the tour check-in process. Please present your mobile voucher by showing the confirmation email on your smartphone or other mobile device
- •Children aged 5 and under may join the tour free of charge, but will not be provided with individual seats on the bus. If a seat is required, please make a reservation under the adult fare
- •If inclement weather is expected and the tour operator determines that views from Fujiyama Tower are not possible, the tour will instead visit the Fuji Airways attraction, where guests can enjoy Mt. Fuji scenery through a flight simulator experience
- •If Fujiyama Tower and Fuji Airways cannot be visited due to weather conditions or facility-related circumstances on the day of the tour, the itinerary will be adjusted to include one of the following alternative locations: Fujiyama Museum or Naruto
- •If inclement weather is forecasted and the tour operator determines that views from Fujiyama Tower will not be possible, the tour will be guided to the Fuji Airways attraction instead. Please note that children under 3 years of age and under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter this facility. In such cases, the corresponding amount will be refunded in cash on the day
