Shops include Green Tea, Wasabi Zuke (pickles) , Katsuobushi (Bonito or skipjack Tune used for Japanese soup stock), and Tofu. Shops to visit are on rotation basis and decided based on the availability of shop owners and the tour operator, Curious Travel.
