A local guide will explain the town's rich history, the meaning of “udatsu,” and the skills of local artisans. Perfect for couples, friends, or girls’ trips – a relaxing and memorable 3 - hour experience. In case of rain, the outdoor walking tour will be replaced with a kimono dressing class indoors. Please note that kimono strolls will not be conducted in rainy weather. Additionally, depending on the season (typically from June to October), yukata provided instead of kimono.

Yoshida Residence (Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture) The Yoshida Residence is a historic merchant house preserving the atmosphere of the late Edo period. Located in Wakimachi's "Udatsu Townscape," it once belonged to Naobei Yoshida, a wealthy indigo merchant from 1792. The layout—with the main house and storehouses surrounding a courtyard—offers a vivid glimpse into the past. Visitors can explore meeting rooms, accounting offices, and servant quarters, as well as remaining of a boat landing that reflects the trade along the Yoshino River. Together with the surrounding traditional architecture, this spot offers a tangible sense of local history and culture. *An admission fee of 510 yen is required to enter this spot. (Approx. 30 minutes needed)
